    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to Elder Bodil to turn in a bag of runestones.

    The filter is there if you skip a day ( and maybe talk to Bodil). That is what happened Friday night. I usually do the three dailies in the the SpindleMire area. For some reason, I didn't turn in the Bag of Runestones on Thursday. I found out on Friday when Skarde didn't have a bag for me. I checked, and I had one in my inventory. So my post on Friday night.

    When I did the quest Saturday, I saw the below. I did not turn in the Bag.

    I visited tonight (Sunday), and saw the below.

    The only thing I don't remember is if I talked to Elder Bodil on Thursday night, or not.

    weird that it's so inconsistent! that might help @DavidDC track it down.

    ...however, since it's still flagged submitted, it wasn't ready for testing yet anyway.
