Interesting Tents

I spotted these two on a player lot in Northwood but have never seen them before, does anyone have any idea where or how you can get these?

 

I don't recall every seeing these two before but if you head back to the lot and hover the mouse pointer over them you should get their names.

there's a whole tent city near the default entrance of xenos that includes a LOT of tents we don't have yet, including those two

 

Looks like a good candidate for the forum wish list for decorations we already see in game...
