Are the oracle's eyes head tracking off?

When standing here speaking to the oracle in a Conservatory, her eyes seem to be looking at my..... waist.. or maybe my feet? And not my head:


This just doesn't give the feeling she is even looking at me. Just wondering if this is off or maybe bugged.

 

She's wondering if that's a sword there under your robe or if you're just happy to see her?

 

The eyes on the outside of the confirmatory are also not tracking the avatar.

 

I figured she was averting her gaze in my presence.

 

The eye above the door will track your left and right movement. The other 3 just use the look left and right animation.

 

I'm solo in a POT confirmatory and the eye at the door is following me left/right. Inside, I can see the Oracle's pupils subtly following me as I move left/right.
