Balance under-utilized artifact gems/jewels

    Elgarion did a lot of work on the artifact gems/jewels and added a ton of them for very, very, very deep and exciting gems/jewel crafting system to fine-tune equipment and builds but many are very, very, very under-utilized and under-powered such as shield durability (while cool, it would have to be better than every other gem to use, and even at 100% for one gem, I don't see anyone using it) while others are used a LOT.

    This is only one example however can probably run data to see which ones are never or rarely "used" and then switching up the bonus by either replacing it with something more useful (stealth % instead of stealth duration is a good example) and this would seemingly be little work to greatly enhance an already amazing crafting system.

    Have to agree here. Something like 95% of these gems are not worth losing the raw attunement you'd get from the imbued elemental jewels, at least for the ones affecting magical skills. Played with them a bit to see but underwhelming overall. The crafting/harvesting ones seem to get used the most simply because you make alternative gear for this and everyone wants a set. Would be cool to see some of the others get similar utility.

    IMHO The best solution for that gems is to make 1 specific gem enchant on every gem, which would just make it properties stronger. Is a win win situation becouse it would dramatically increase demand of gems on the market. Still would not solve issues with absolutely useless gems but from my side, it would make crafting system more complex and advanced.
