    When speaking to Kortreek, you cannot hand him the Kortreek's Package quest item?
    Did you click the help keyword when speaking to Kortreek?

    This explains it: [ Steps to Reproduce, follow quest steps till bug occurrs on last step ]

    To expand on that:
    1. start quest.
    2. follow quest steps till final step.
    3. observe bug when trying to deliver package to Dockmaster on final step.

    Uncertain, "Kortreek" is "Greyed-Out"; the mouse-over the current quest-step indicates the player is to: "Mention 'Package'" and that, is the bug.
    It may be worth noteing that the quest giver "Dolfyk" issued this quest to me no more than twenty minutes before this issue occurred.
    Started the quest, successfully did all steps up to this point, and got this result.

    Our keyword system doesn’t use a system where the keyword you need to select to advance a quest is displayed in white text.

    After you have used a keyword it turns grey and will and forever be grey. Some quests need you to select the relevant keyword to continue on with a quest.

    Just FYI on the grey text thing, if you happen to be new here.

    Just did this quest in live. There's no quest named "Deliver Package to Dockmaster" currently in the game. IIRC that was the old, original quest name, which was updated, quite a while ago, and is now currently named "Mention Kortreek to Dockmaster".

    The player may have gotten this older quest a long time ago? But currently can't finish it. Or they have a stuck task?

    Just wanted to share that. Hopefully this might help. :/

    Clicking on 'Kortreek' did not resolve the issue; it did incorrectly inform me that: "I have learned the name of Kortreek", although I've been dealing with Kortreek for ages now.

    @ioSelect I'm sorry you're having trouble with the "Deliver Package to Dockmaster" task.

    As a first step to help solve this issue, please go to Grusk and talk to Dolfyk the dockmaster. Say "Sangosk" to Dolfyk. You should get a trade window from Dolfyk which will allow you to give him the package.

    If Dolfyk does not give you the trade window, please tell me exactly what he says. Sometimes the response from an NPC can hint at what is going wrong.

    Seems you have discovered where the issue resides; clicking on "Sangosk" allowed the quest to proceed.
