[Submitted 70733] Items won't place on wood at entrance of Mine cart foyer

    Details: I placed items before on the wood at the entrance. Only recently i am not able to place items on the wood. I still have containers on the wood...but cannot move them around unless I take them off the wood. So it is quite obvious I was able to place items there before.

    Steps to reproduce: I have tried to relog many times. I have tried different items...nothing will place on the wood.

    Location: 256.686, 89.002, -201.29

    verified, though it's intermittent. i was not able to place a book or move one of the existing arches, but was able to place acara's plate chest and an altar pew.
