R105 2nd chance live sale: Hometown on 10/22

To assist players in re-purchasing items were originally purchased during the R105 rollback period (between August 24th and September 29th), we will be manning customer service stations in Hometown on Saturday the 22nd.

This event will offer an opportunity for players to come down to Hometown and directly interact with staff to resolve issues of items purchased during the lost period that cannot be purchased again because they are no longer visible in the crown store or are no longer on sale.

We will verify your previous purchase during the date range and manually complete the purchase with you at the correct price. Additional item-related circumstances can be addressed or asked about during this event as well.

We will be manning the stations at the following times for at least 1-2 hours each. Depending on need, we may extend the hours; we will work with players.

On Saturday the 22nd, starting at:
3am CT (aligns with 10am CET)
Noon CT (aligns with 5pm UK)
9pm CT (aligns with 10am AWST 1pm AEDT)

We will most likely have a presence in Hometown for most of the day, even outside of these times. We are specifying these time slots to ensure that players have some guidance and guarantee of support.

The event will be held at the "New Crown Shop Items" area. Please use one of the teleport signs to reach it.
