Quest in Bramble?

Says there is a quest there upon mousing over town before entering, yet I ran around and talked with everyone I saw and found no quest. Anyone clue me in as to how to get the quest? Ty.

 

That's tied into the quest for the Bunker C scene I believe. Look for an odd speaking animal in Far Hinterlands to start the quest. But unknown if you can start the quest from Bramble (there's a guy in a hut there you will be lead to speak to).

there's also a monk prayer card turn-in available there which may be triggering it

 

Just an FYI for people that may not know: ANY town that has a Monk to turn in the prayer card, Bounty Master to turn in the bounty slip or magic merchant that can take the survey ticket, will show "Quests Available" in the tows scene information window.

 

Yea, I wondered if monks might trigger it, wasn't sure tho.
