Where are the most prized lots and why?

Just for the sake of discussion, where are the 3 top most prized towns to have a lot in? The poll includes only the top 25 NPC towns by occupancy, but feel free to comment on others.

My current favorites are in order
    1. Owl's Head - because the layout is different, variety in lot sizes, quest content, fair load times, and there is a lot of history there. Good place for vendors. Dislike the manual gates at the upper end forcing a dismount.
    2. Breamar - the first town, the chicken room of towns, good load times. Sadly village lots only. Strange orientation of roads blocked by fences.
    3. Soltown - Starter area and quest content, good load times. Technically the starter role and town layout were unjustly stolen from Breamar, probably because of the need for proximity to solace bridge. Fair place for vendors. Sadly village lots only. Graveyard :)

    Honorable Mentions
    1. Kingsport - for the layout and access to map, but actually Port Graff is similar and nicer, but lacks continental ship access. Decent load times. Used to be a good place for vendors. Kingsport sewers!
    2. Central Brittany- because this is where my first lot in the released game was. This is also where the main Britney castle is. Great town with unique design and content, but (used to have) horrible load times. Still a good place for vendors.
    3. Resolute - because it is different, decent load times, with a great lot size variety, although not easy to get to on the map. Strongly dislike asking guards to open gates.
    4. Ardoris - Used to have the worst load times and was mostly vacant. But now is a great place for vendors and always full.
    5. Spite - just because most of my lots are there ;)

Elad's Lighthouse, has 2 unique lots! the town lot next to the waterfall, and the castle lot overlooking the town which has a extra entrance town side which other castle lots in similar towns do not have.

Did have both at one time but needed the deeds for my pot.

As I always need ways to train Safe Fall I don´t use the gates that slowly open or need to be opened by guards but climb a ladder and jump from the wall on the other side...

Just a reminder that you can vote up to 3 times in the poll. I figured there might be a wider spread.

Before the initial land rush, I was excited for a spot in a NPC town but by the time they got to my group (top of the founder baron list), there weren't any spots left. I was pretty bummed.

Now, I couldn't care less about a NPC town spot.

    Greetings Avatars
When I was able to afford lots my favorite was Celestis. It was out of the way (I have always been a loner) and I had 3 lots together. It was great. Then it was changed to its current layout and I lost interest. My favorite town now is mine (Belly of the Snake - Mistender). I am still a loner so not may people

My other favorites are Solania and Owls Head. Mostly because of layout easy access of services and Nostalgia.

I only included the top 25 towns by % occupancy. But write-ins are welcome!

How much I personally prize a lot and it´s place is very subjective and can have completey different reasons from one person to the other. For example I have "Henrys hidden hunting Hut" in Yew because it is not only hidden in the forest but the town itself is most of the time hidden in fog.

That some towns are completely sold out to 0 lots available does not make them any more appealing to me. That some towns have two dozen open lots does not make them less attractive to me.

Unless you mean prized lots in the sense of a commodity and how much traders would pay for it? Then it would matter that prizes are higher were available lots are scarce.

Fair enough. The poll is about which are the most prized. That could mean anything. It looks cooler, its harder to get, whatever. The most important characteristic for me is how frequently the town has visitors. I like it a lot when I look around and avatars doing stuff, or just running by. Also, vendoring is a big part of the game and another measure of activity, so that is yet another metric.

I appreciate these cities for their beauty.
Spite, without a doubt. The cliffs and the streets that go up and down in the north area are spectacular, and the combination of leafy trees and dry trees, the giant sunflowers, the windmills on the hills, the steep stairs of the city that lead to great castles...
Second, Xenos, wonderful architecture and when it's sunny, it's an incredibly beautiful city.
And thirdly, all Brittany, I also love its streets, the castle, the Alleys gardens, the waterfalls, the fields, the cows...
Actually, I love all cities because they all have some detail that makes them unique and I am excited to walk through them and discover all the corners.
