    Hi,

I've been playing for quite some time, but only now trying out the housing feature.

I'm in Ardoris. I bought a Castle Lot Deed and successfully acquired a Castle Lot in the far north part of town. It shows up in my Property Manager, but it's an empty lot. In talking to the Estate Agent, Beatrice Arrondale, it seems she has lots of basements for sale, but no castles. I checked both her and the Crown Store, but no signs of a castle. How do I purchase a castle for my castle lot?

Sorry if this is a dumb misunderstanding on my part!

    Note: I'm playing Offline.

There are no "Castles"available in the crown store or from in-game merchants. However, you can purchase anything in the crown store in offline mode by purchasing crowns first from in-game crown merchants.

[edit] You can buy crowns from decoration merchants.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I've got lots of crowns. Let me rephrase the question:

I purchased a lot deed for a castle lot, and successfully claimed a castle lot. When I go to the Estate Agent, all that is available to buy is:
    • Shingle-Roof (Viliage Home)
    • Shingle-Roof Three-Story (Row Home)
    • <other variations of Shingle-Roof Home>
    • Small Old Keep (Villiage Home)
    • Stucco Four-Story w/Alcove (Row Home)
    • Stucco Three-Story w/Alcove (Row Home)
    • Stucco Two-Story w/Alcove (Row Home)
Q1: Why can't I buy a castle? Why buy a castle lot when all I can put on it is one of these tiny homes?

Q2: I purchased a Castle Stone & Timber Split-Level 5-Story Basement. If you look at that picture, it shows a castle above the basement. Where do I purchase the castle?

Q3: Is the Lord of the Isle Mansion (Castle Home) available for purchase somewhere?

AFAIK that home was sold exclusively in the Lord of the Isle package.

However, you are not limited to a castle size house. You can put any house on your castle lot.

Thanks guys. I think I'll get the Small Old Keep. It is kind of ironic that I can't buy anything castle-sized above ground, but I can buy a small keep/house and pair it with the Castle Stone & Timber Split-Level 5-Story Basement! I guess I'm ready for a tornado warning... all of Ardoris can fit in my basement!

For the tornado bunker feeling - use an "empty lot" deed to place no house on top. Then get the garden shack and put the basement entry in that...

A castle lot doesn't need an "empty lot" deed.
