Restore window maximised state on game start

    I play in windowed mode with the game maximised, when the it's next started while it restores the window dimensions from the last session the maximised state isn't.

    Same issue here (dual screen with different res). Stating it's 'insanely annoying' would still be putting it mildly.

    Any tip on solving the issue would be greatly appreciated! (other than going back to full-screen, that's not an option)
