Title: Planting Areas, which were in Property Manager, don't refresh
    Reproduction Rate: haven't tried
    Blocker? For agriculture - yes
    Details:

Most of my Planting areas won't refresh, they always stay Watered. They were in Property manager for a long time. How to fix this?Tried to destroy the plants and planted new ones, same! Only the Medium Planting area, which was not in Property manager, does refresh.

Robert Frost seems to have the same issue with Planting beds.

I've also tried to destroy plants and put the areas in a Bank for a few days, doesn't fix the issue!

Steps to Reproduce: keep some watered planting areas in Property manager for a long time. Then take them out and put them on another property.

I only had them in the Property Manager for 2hrs and they now won't "age" IE need watering ( they are WAY off their time schedule. I had another lot planted right after the 1st, and I watered it 4hrs ago now)

Next thing I'll try tomorrow is to destroy the plants, put the Areas in a property in the property manager again, wait for several days and put them back on this lot...

cannot verify. they're not showing watered now, and if i check the dev tool tips and check again a few seconds later, the time IS incrementing on them.

This is strange... I planted them same time as the one to the righ [medium planting area]. So there is still some discrepancy. And last week, before destroying the plants and planting again, I waited several days and the Watered status didn' change..

But I will be happy if it is fixed from now on :)

It seems that mine are working too. Can't confirm yet. It seems still that the times are slower. Will confirm in the following days.

PS: I Confirm: All of my areas seem to be growing on the same (and correct) rate. It seems the problem has disappeared after several days.
