[Resolved] Alchemy Bug - Learning Recipes Beyond Skill Level

    Title: Alchemy Bug - Learning Recipies Beyond Skill Level

    Details:While training Alchemy I discovered I could learn recipes beyond my current skill level (40). I was able to learn recipes 20-30 levels higher than current level. Level 80 recipes seemed to be the cut-off for me.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Raise Alchemy skill to level 40
    2. Learn Recipe about level 40

    @Lebu, the learning system will take into account skill levels you have from other sources, like gear and blessings and engaging with an expert table. 20 levels does seem like a lot though. how many levels from other sources do you have?
