[As Designed] Ecology Researcher Killable in Random Encounter

    Title:The Ecology Research NPC should NOT be killable in a random encounter
    Reproduction Rate:unknown
    Blocker?not unless you want to do the mini-quest
    Details: I was in a skeleton random encounter. When I finished and was leaving scene, I noticed the corpse of the randomly spawning Ecology Researcher on the ground. A large skeleton was standing over the corpse. (I can provide a pic of the corpse if needed)

    This is intentional. After you defeat the "boss wave" of a random encounter, a bounty hunter, ecology researcher, or pilgrim may appear. All of these NPCs can be attacked and killed by any enemies still lingering in the area, so it's wise to make sure they stay safe if you'd like to talk to them.

    Thanks for the clarification. I had no idea they were set that way. This poor guy was dead before I even knew he was there lol
