In the cooking recipes, e.g. for Vinegar or Brace of Lapine one ingredient is either "Red Wine" or "White Wine". Both are already drinks that give a bonus and are IMHO too precious to be used as an ingredient. However the other two types of wine "Bottle of Wine" or "Bottle of Elven Wine" can not be used as ingredients at all. Could all the cooking recipes that require some sort of wine be opened to all wine?
*stares at the stacks of Perennial and Paladis wines and continues to craft vinegar after running dry from double XP*
As ingredients for Vinegar and Brace of Lapine, Red Perennial Wine and Palladis White Wine are accepted on the cooking table, but as written before already have their own bonuses that would be lost when turned to vinegar. Not working are "Bottles of Wine" and Bottle of Elven Wine which have the deco description.
The red wine you can buy from the barmaid works. I'm guessing there is white wine for sale on a tavernkeeper somewhere but I didn't want to hop around Novia to look lol Since in the last 30 days there have been a total of 6 Perennial Red Wine and 1 Paladis White Wine consumed I would argue that allowing them to be used in recipes actually makes them more useful than their bonus, which is easily found in other foods
My intention is not that those two should NOT allowed to be used but that for Vinegar ALL wine should be usable. I personally donĀ“t waste wines that already give bnonuses on making vinegar that is needed to cook other stuff. Or is there a hard limit where Wine (food) is something different than Wine (decoration) when it comes to pouring it into a bucket for Vinegar?
