How Do I Use Mount?

I'm not sure where to post. I just jumped back into the game today.

When I previously played, I bought the Dun Foal Decoration Pet. Today I gave to Bodan Koran, and he gave me a Dun Horse Mount. I was able to mount horse. When I left Braemar, I had dismounted. When I use the Dun Horse Mount in my inventory, the message I get is "You do not have the item(s) required to perform this action (Summon Dun Horse)."

What is the trick to riding a horse?

I figured it out. I had locked the mount to inventory. Apparently that is a no-no.

 

It used to be allowed, im not sure the reason why it changed. It's a bit annoying as it made finding my mount easier as it was always at the top of the inventory whilst locked.

 

It was never allowed.

 

Yes. it was, changed a while back.

Can now keep in a bag and link to your hotbar to use rather than searching in inventory for it
