[Submitted 72031] Grusk, Automaton

    The Lighthouse kobold Vishpop tells in his stories 1 and 2 about the first Grand Artificer and that currently ther is NO Grand Artificer as the king has not given the title to anyone in this time, but that the governor of Grusk is a good candidate for the title.

    The automaton mirrors that info when asked "Grusk" or "Grand Artificer" ..."hopes"... "pursuer" but in the "mistrendur" answer Grusk is the home of the current Grand Artificer...

    Either that is wrong - as there is no current Grand Artificer and the Governor only has his hopes up and pursues the title - OR, the automaton uses the phrase "is the home of the current Grand Artificer" in a very general way, only stating that Grusk is the seat of the Grand Artificer - whoever that may be at any time.
    The latter makes not much sense because of the "current" when currently there is none.

    i don't see that as a problem. automatons speak what they're programmed to, not the truth, and who do you think programmed them who might have wanted to boost his reputation?

    No problem. Please add option for the player to to snitch that to the kobold king Korbar whose authority has been undermined by someone who thinks that his waiting to announce a Grand Artificer of this time could be used to not only presume to be the next GA but to actively use resources of the kingdom to tell that lie to the world without Korbars permission or knowledge.

    Then we might see not only a new Grand Artificer of this time, but a new governour of Grusk, too... :cool:
