Right now the optional title for a knight is Knight. I dunno. Why not Sir? Lords and Barons do use their class as their class title. But in the realm of the Knight the title has always been Sir. I would prefer Sir. Anyone else?
I tend to agree. "Sir" and "Dame" would be the appropriate titles for knighthood, though "Knight" is perhaps a gender-neutral alternative that could apply to both male and female characters. No one read stories about "Knight Lancelot" and "Knight Galahad"...
