Where to head?

    I can't enter Kingsport or Owlhead as the Mac client keeps crashing while loading these zones. Is there anything else a new created character could do or should I rather wait until SotA becomes technical stable?

    Assuming you can at least still go to Braemar to buy/sell goods...go to the wilderness areas along the road. North Valeway, South Valeway, Kingsroad, West Ravenswood.

    Also, saw your bugs regarding the CTD to Yosemite. Since I have nearly the same MBP as you, try reducing your Quality settings to Fastest as well as turning off any shadows, ambient obscurance, camera effects, anti aliasing. Reducing resolution might also help.

    Hopefully they'll release a 64-bit client for the Mac to fix some of these issues due to memory constraints.

    Thanks for the advice. With turning down graphics and switching to single-player online I can now enter Kingsport and Owls Head.
