Looking for some help (please read)

Hello everyone

Myself and my wife Bleubelle have been working very hard on a new fansite (our first ever, it is still in its infancy at the moment) but we have hit a bit of a wall, we are hoping that some people may be able to assist us in finishing a section we are currently working on.

We have so far bought every Row, Village, Town, Village Water and Town Water House currently available and took screenshots of the outside and every room.

However we are now stuck cause we do not have access to the larger houses, we are hoping that someone may have 1 of these that we could come and screenshot. We are more than willing to buy a house and allow you to keep it after we take screenshots

For the screenshots, there must be no decorations at all on the lot or inside the house, we just need the empty shell, as stated above we are more than willing to provide the house for you to place and keep, all we want to do is take the screenshots.

Here is a list of the houses we still need to get pictures of :-

City Water Houses
Frigate
Galleon
Island Castle

City Houses
Crenelated Castle
Towered Castle
Lord of the Manor Keep
Stone Mansion with Deck
Grand City Chateaux
Stucco Mansion with 3 Decks

These are the final houses we need to finish the housing section of the website, any help at all would be greatly appreciated !

Wish I could help. I think the housing piece could use a bit of a boost to be honest.

 

We will be giving desciptions of each room also, but we are trying to get all the pictures taken and uploaded onto the site first

 

Nice! A tip that I have is to maybe make a conversation piece around the village town and city lots. I found it quite confusion at first and thought you were buying lots for urban vs rural areas. I know Im a trad and probably didnt read closely but I feel that the lots could have been given a much better and more appropriate title. I have a city lot in a hamlet... Herm?

I feel like they should be renamed if possible to avoid some of the confusion. Perhaps make it based on class. Say peasant, merchant and noble for example.

Yes CrimsonBinome it could be misread I think....so I will fix that here

We do not want to buy your lots from you, your lot is and will be yours the entire time, we just want to buy the house deeds from the NPC, give them yo you, so you can change the house on your lot just so we can take the screenshots

You can keep the house deeds afterwards if you want, sell them or do whatever you want for them All we want are screenshots.

I hope this clears up any misunderstandings

Thanks Dorkish. we are using Wix and we bought a Domain too, the website is actually up and running, although only housing has a lot put in so far.

We are trying to make it simple and easy to use. We are not great at Graphics stuff though hehe

 

that's the problem with most the worst sites they try to get too cute and just keep adding more and more crap

 

Well we will be adding a lot more to the site, but all informational stuff

But we are still in need of someone with a city or larger lot to put these houses down for us so we can take pics !

Was looking at Avatar council website for housing, did not find anywhere on there to contact any one.

Would it be possible to provide a floor blueprint of each house?

 

What size lot do I need to buy to help you?

 

I remember viewing the website on my PC (very nice and helpful for choosing a new home) and seeing a menu on the left side. Today, following the link on my IPad 2 I only see the main page (Welcome to Avatar Council) and no menu with links, so I can't see the houses. Don't know if this is a temporary glitch, but I thought I'd mention it.
