The owl's head trainer is in the lower market (just near the crafting platform).

He is still in the same place on Owl's Head but the NPC got reset so it just says "Villager" above his head until you talk to him and learn again that he is the Skills Trainer.

You have to ask him his name in conversation for his name to get flagged.

There is a very cool system in the game where you have to learn NPC's names before it shows up. All of the NPC's have names beyond "Villager" and "Blacksmith" or whatever it may be. All you have to do is walk up to one and say "What is your name?".

You might be able to just say "name" for the key word but I am not sure about that.

One fun thing about the Dev's is they really do try and think of everything that would make things more immersive/realistic. It doesn't make since that you magically know everyone's name so just like in real life you have to ask them for their name. :)

I believe the reverse is also true. NPCs will remember your name if you give it to them.
