I bought the base game, shouldn't pledges be cheaper?

    If I bought the game for $45, shouldn't the Explorer be $45 less than the $140 price? Should it be $95 to "move up?"

    EDIT: Found the option under "Account".
    Anyways glad to be here!

    To add to what I said. To upgrade use the upgrade button next to your pledge on your account page. It is actually possible to be another pledge without upgrading, and that it probably not what you want.

    I dont think you understand.

    I have always been interested in Explorer for $140.
    But I decided to go with the base game for $45, thinking that, at anytime I can upgrade to Explorer for $95 (the difference)
    However, when I try to buy Explorer it still wants to charge me the full $140.
    So now if I want to upgrade to Explorer I need to spend $185 total!

    You will only need to pay the difference. You can do so by logging into your account and selecting the "Upgrade" option located in the "Your Pledges" section.

    I assume a lot of are from the UO crowd which is great. I think the Ultima community is one of the last great gaming communities there are.
