Will be there an incentive system for PVP?

    Does anyone know if Abydos is going to be able to have full loot pvp in his city? I have not heard much about it lately but I did back his Kickstarter. I remember Chris talking about full loot pvp zones also. It would be nice to get an update on that. :) I am thinking guild wars might be another way for more hardcore pvp also. I'm hoping for preferences at the time of warring that will dictate the looting of the clans that you war with (rules of engagement).

    Ya I understand your sentiment but its a pipe dream for this game. There will be no innocents to kill. They cannot change this as it has been documented since the kickstarter that there will be no non consensual combat in this game. I know thats not what you want to hear but it cannot be changed. What can change is make combat enjoyable enough so that people that are normally PvE will want to join in. To do that each side has to give a little and I think that is the intent of limited looting.

    Chris in the last hangout said there will be full loot but it will probably not be implemented untill after launch. They are focusing on the core issues right now. I am with you charock though as I helped kickstart abydos's town! :)

    In my opinion, Shroud of the Avatar can be one of the best sandbox of the history. He just needs more pvp and loot.

    At least we can hope that towns like abydos's and possibly others go full loot. This will open up that avenue for players that want to have that playstyle. There will not be thieves in episode 1 but if there is full loot then you know thieving can be awesome in episode 2 being that they will be non consentual areas. This can only lead to freedom, even if in confined areas. As for the world pvp stage, it is not possible though. But we can band together and make our own world inside this one. For me it is cannibalism, and cooking my kills muhahahaha!

    Keep in mind that when a PVP enthusiast uses this phrase, most PVE players hear "I want to able to gank and full loot players at will".

    Isnt that the truth!! There are some PVP out there that will not just roll up on you and gank you as well!
