Key of Arcane power?

I still got no clue as to how to get this key or where the puzzle even is anyone give some clues ? on where can i start the puzzle i am quite lost atm with this damn key xD cant find anything on it,
gotten to the point i am just trying alot of things in the tower xD starting to think if the way to get the key is bugged or i dont know ive tryed some things on the first floor but not sure if thats where the puzzle is

I just found it myself today. Just follow the clues. It is on the first floor. Read the note on the table to get you started. Read the books laying by the statues to get some basic background on them. There is also a grey book on one of the bookshelves that gives a very strong clue. (looks just like the ones on the statues).

You don't need to go through the hidden doors. The key IS in the big hall on the first floor where the four statues are. That should limit your search area considerably.

Edit: To clarify, when you enter the tower, and find yourself in the big hall with the four statures, you do not have to go through any doors, or any other floor. The key is in that room.

 

Do you have any more clues? I tried for a good hour looking to the key tonight but could not find it, read all the books... Assumed it was behind the arcane statue? Clearly wrong

 

You're close. Do a thorough search by using your mouse cursor to sweep the area of interest. And I mean thorough. It's easy to miss. Look for anything that highlights green.

 

Haha pretty much what I was doing for the hour, sweeping all the walls and floor for that magic green cursor ... Guess I will keep on trying then after the update...

As much as I find it frustrating, I am loving that it is difficult to find and not like every other MMO with a map, waypoint and a bright light 50m into the sky screaming here it is

 

FWIW, It took me a week to find it, and yes, I was also in the right area, but looking in the wrong places.

 

Here is another clue. Look all over every object from every angle.

I actually gave up on this one.

I am not the sharpest unfortunately.

 

I've looked for 2 hours Instance is closing. I do not see a single brick that lights up in the area mentioned ...
