At first I thought it was the Clink, but I went in there and nothing. Granted, I didn't explore the entire Clink, so it might be there? I also thought it might be the Moon Tower, but it's not.

 

I went around the Clink a bit (and the PVP arena!) then noticed i hadn't the point of interest of Owl's Head in the compass... That made me discard any sub-instance inside owl's head, but maybe i'm wrong

 

Ok so the wall doesn't have it. I just walked the entire perimeter of the upper wall, and nothing. I even saw a couple ladders that went up on top of a couple of the wall's towers, but still nothing.

 

About the only place I haven't been is the top of the moon tower...

 

In Owl's Head, I talked to him by asking him his name and paid 100 gp to learn a new skill. How do you get him to trigger to be a point of interest?

 

Explore Owl's head is bugged (and reported), I don't know what #12 is but would guess it's The Clink. I thought it had something to do with Henry the Skill trainer not being Henry anymore, but I guess when they went from 10 to 12 locations that one of them broke.

Owl's Head
12. Moon Tower Vista?

 

I'm not getting any achievements on steam, even though I completed a at least a few of them... Anyone else having this issue? Maybe I should reinstall it.

 

Make sure you have the sound/music turned on.

Yeah, it's the moon tower. Just run around the area around the tower and you should get the trigger. Achievement might take a while to sync on Steam's end (at least for me last time I did this).

Running around the moontower in Owl's did not trigger the discovery for me, but entering the moontower and talking with the guy tinkering around inside it did.
