When using a weapon in your off-hand (even if you're not swinging it), the way combat works for you should be a little different.

You should get a buff to parrying.
You should get a slight debuff to armor resistance.
The off-hand should attack (for lower damage) every so often on auto or free attack.
The off-hand should have slower attack speed than the primary hand. (a skill should help decrease this speed disadvantage, some)
The off-hand should have a higher chance to CRIT (simulating the extra attack that would normally cause your opponent to be more defensive).
Using smaller blades should make it easier (faster) to swing your weapons. The more larger blades you use, the slower you should be.

Wrote about this last release and got no feedback...

    1. Get rid of it as an activated glyph.
    2. Make it an innate and have it enable you to perform an auto(or free) attack with your offhand weapon at, of course, a reduced rate of damage and frequency than your main hand attack.
    3. Call it Dual Wield.
    4. In the next tier throw another innate called Ambidextrous. This would be the one that gradually increases the frequency at which you will swing your offhand weapon and or the damage it will do.
    5. Of course, it should be a challenge to level.
    6. I would say keep the defensive innate (not sure what the increments are right now) but keep the bonuses to this low for balance purposes.

Daggers definitely need some love. I would like to see some advantage to actually using short swords and daggers. Now that subterfuge is in...we need this.

They read a TON, they give little to no feedback, and they change A LOT. Just because you don't get feedback, don't assume they didn't read it and think about - they very likely did.

KuBaTRiZeS, Heradite and Rampage202 like this.

Ah, no, was just saying in general. It was probably a bad time. Towards the end of a release, not many people about.

Sorry, I was just trying to give the devs credit where due, and also keep anyone reading that from getting the wrong idea.
