Weapons with "Effects"?

    Hello!

    Is it possible to craft weapons with "visual effects" in R26 like flaming swords in past releases?
    I socketed sapphire and also ruby to weapons, but there are no "visual effects" anymore :(

    Same with Diamond, so I am thinking the effects may be turned off atm..

    Yes, my water imbued staff is sometimes flaming and other times nothing. Hoping for relevant effects based on enhancements.
