    Since you use air and only have a bit of dex do you find it hard to get big numbers on lightning and chain lightning? I understand that the air spells are modified by dex.

    Dex is a minor increase to Air, but it is an increase. You want big numbers you want Big Skill, Attunement, and Intellect.

    I have about 35 dex now...and it raises the stun % chance of lighting a bit and the damage a little bit of lightning and chain lightning. Discharge doesn't seem to get a boost from it. Getting about 115 crits damage with lightning at level 70. Still working the passives (in the 40's). Air is a pretty high damage tree. Cooldowns are a bit more high tho.

    Ive been crit for 400+ with chain lighting.. it can get up there, not to mention that came with about an 8 second stun.. so I was an easy picking after the first hit..

    Having fun playing this build so thank you for that.

    On Combos Lightning + Soothing Rain = Thunderstorm seems made for this :)
