    Title: Root spell not working
    Reproduction Rate: always
    Blocker? no
    Details: casting root on any type mob no matter what level they are does not work
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 32733
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 GPU RAM: 1988
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.384.Date.02.25.16

    well glad I am not the only one. I kept trying weaker and weaker critters. Can't even root a gust ball!

    I noticed today while experimenting with root, web still works very well for even the lowest level of spider.
    Maybe ya'll should just give us web?
