New mountain biome for PoT has no Crier/Banker NPC

    1. Title:New mountain biome for PoT has no crier/banker NPC
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?(not sure how to answer this one)
    4. Details:I requested to have my town changed to the new mountain biome for R29 and it has been updated. I entered my town via owl's head wagon as usual and searched all over the town for the crier/banker combo NPC and I cannot find it. This happened when I first had my PoT put on the map with the snowy mountain biome as well- there was no crier/banker combo NPC.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: enter the town and cannot find this NPC anywhere
    6. User Specs: This is for the "Highland Keep of Clan MacDaddy" and I am the governor/owner of it- Laddy MacDaddy

    The Mountain POT town crier will be in the central hub near where the wagons are. Also, he'll have his own Discovery that is awarded when you approach him at that central hub, OR if you enter from the overworld by the east or west archway. This way, no matter where you enter from, you get the Discovery compass icon for the Town Crier. (We're implementing this gimmick for the Town Criers in the other POT templates as well).

    So is this in? I can't find the bugger....and I've missed my window by 3 1/2 hours and I'm getting in Grumpie weenie territory.

    At the time of this report, it was not implemented. Expect it to be visible in an upcoming patch. He will be standing in the thick of where wagons and interconnections are placed. Area: POT Template Example: Mountains 01 (POT_mountain_metropolis_01_template) Loc: (44.3, 67.7, 70.9)
