Cannot Craft Leather Straps

    1. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    2. Blocker? Yes
    3. Details:Currently unable to produce any leather straps on the tailoring table. Recipe is not available (if I buy the recipe it says I have already learned it but does not show up in recipe book) and when the items are put on the table they are still not craftable.
    4. Steps to Reproduce: open tailoring table, add components
    5. User Specs: Windows 7, Release 29 as of 5/2/2016

    Not a bug. The Leather Straps recipe is now in the Tanning section, no longer the Tailoring section.
