    could it be due to purchasing a credit coupon but not converting it?

    I see the credit coupon on my addons tab but no spring telethon rewards on the special rewards tab.

    the addons tab has "convert to credits" next to it.

    I have checked and the rewards are not listed on any of my accounts either. Bought at least $5 store credit each. But i am sure this will be sorted by port soon.

    I doubt it, I bought a variety of stuff but no credit coupons. Like many have said, it'll get sorted out, the only reason there's any concern is because Darkstarr has said the we should be seeing the rewards by now.

    Slightly off topic because I just saw it in my list: got the house I got with my PoT listed. Anybody knows if I can claim it? Would take a look myself but I am on the road the Rest of the day.

    correct - at the time i did the transfer, it was decided by support that yes it could be done, and the darkstarr rewards would be intact with the transfer - it was before any pledges were expired - sometime around june-ish i think. - i have not received any notification that the decision was reversed, the items are simply just missing, and therefore an error on their end that is expected they resolve.

    Sorry about that, we did hand them all out right after the telethon... so something in the logic must have been wrong. I'll investigate. They should show up no later than tomorrow. Thanks for letting us know, and sorry for the confusion and problems caused.

    They should show up, by now. To go all the way back to the beginning of this thread... are you sure you are looking under the correct tab?
