About planting.. ??

i want some info about the Planting system..
i know you must put bucket of water and Seeds into the top window..
But Where can i get seeds.. so i can start to produce things.. from planting.?
and is it something you cannot plant into bowl pots or barrel's becouse its needed bigger space.?

P.S : by the way i have my house in Aerie..

Seeds are bought from NPC merchants.

Most can be found in the larger NPC towns like Ardoris, Aerie, Brittany etc.

 

thanks i found it.. but now i have another problem..
When i have put 1 water and seed and clicked the button Plant..
and i get the Green line some says success... but is not happen anything..
the water and seed does not remove from the list. as i guess it should happen when you use it...

 

There is a bug regarding which Hoe one uses, and that bug should be fixed in the release tomorrow.
But I think one can circumvent that bug if one uses Artisan tool or somesuch IIRC.

 

In aerie the main seed vendor is at the docks near the music merchant.
If your having trouble planting make sure you have a hoe equipped. You may also want to remove any other hoes from your inventory (put then in a bank or house chest) Also watch out for housing hoes that can be placed as decoration but not used for planting.

After you plant you seed double click again to water it. Check back often to see if it will accept more water. More water =more yield.
