    Go to a bank and hit the claim rewards button. Though brewing isn't in game yet.

    I had the same issue when I upgraded, and was told that there is a delay from the time the upgrade/payment is made until the in-game database updates...and the database does not update everything at the same time -- I received some of my rewards within less than one hour of the upgrade, while the Tax-Free Lot and Vendor took cpl hours to arrive. In regards to the Plaque, I was told it is not available as yet, but will be made available at a later date.
