    So, is there some new info about empty lots? I mean is NPC will settle there? Or they will remain empty?

    Can we buy a house in Offline mode in a location where it's occupied in Online mode? If not, can't the lot be occupied by whatever it's occupied with in Online mode when playing in Offline mode?

    edt: yes you can buy lots in offline, offline mode is separated from online.

    Yes, we can buy a lot in offline mode with money but is quite expensive. I came across a lots (row lot, village lot, city lot, ...... ) seller somewhere in Novia in offline mode. I forgot the name of this city.

    Great question.

    My hunch is that this is why more and more NPC town lots these days come with a 'default' house built on them: So that solo game players see a town instead of empty lots.

    Well, Soltown for example look like big empty town with some houses in the middle...
