How do I check ping/latency in game?

I have severe server lag issues. How do I check my ping in game? I can get FPS to show with /debug, but no ping.


I freeze up during combat, loot, or chat... anything that involves server data transfer glitches up for half a second. I can run around and look at things fine. It's just, ya know, combat and playing the game that's hard.

Downloading client on my desktop, which I dragged out of the closet. Hopefully it works and proves an issue on my side (laptop). If not, I'm sunk until the server is non-FUBAR.

 

Problem identified as WEBROOT antivirus flagging SOTA as needing monitoring, which slowed all network traffic. Slowdown was entirely client-side.
