PvP confirmation window is maddening!!!!

As of 451 getting the pvp gump all the time, using healing touch, or dmg spells on mobs. In a party that is mixed, but was getting it in a PvP party only too.
Have the little box unchecked, should'nt be showing it at all.

Wont let me click onward either. Only Nevermind or I have to ESC out of it. Cant heal myself!

 

I don't normally rant much about bugs, but this one needs to be fixed badly. Box is unchecked, pops up and roots you in place every time anyway, get those if statements worked out =) Probably a good time to properly work out all the healing issues anyway. Lets just let people heal people and be done with it. If you feel you have to keep this flagging system remove the pop up, let pvp heal anyone in party and if pve heals pvp just flag them without a pop up.

 

Same here ... in settings I have all pvp conformations unchecked, and unchecked in the dialog, but still pops up randomly ... sometimes the heal spell will work in combat, and sometimes the non-working dialog pops up .. cant replicate 100%
