Merchant in Soltown

The Merchant in the equipment store will not open his shop tab

 

its half broke due to the sleep, people tried to talk to him when he was sleeping, and his wake time keeps changing, and so does his window for the shop

 

Well the silly bugger of a merchant should learn not to sleep standing up and go to bed like the rest of us.

 

Merchants and other NPC's becoming confused is a known issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience. As a work-around they usually work properly if you log out and then log back into the same scene in Single Player Online. This can be worth doing to take care of any transactions you need to make, then you can jump back into Multiplayer Online.
