healing ray

    it seems to fizzle out way to many times . at 91% I'm getting 1 out of 3 fails or better I had 2 fails in a row and this isn't disturbed wheal attacked casting its just failing to cast .

    nop standing still . with axe and shield combo , but at 91 reading if I was running doing jumping jacks and fighting with my eyes closed would this still not be a 91% at casting this spell ?
