Bear and Wolf Hats crafting level

I am unable to learn the recipe or craft Bear/Wolf hats. My tailoring is at 75, and the recipe reads 60... what gives.

 

now at 80 tailor, and cannot learn nor craft without recipe

 

Bear and Wolf hats require 72 Tailoring proficiency, or 60 Tailoring Skill (as seen by hovering over the skill icon).
I was capable of learning the recipes and crafting them last night without issue.

If you're still having problems i'd suggest posting it in the bug section.

Have you tried the expert founder crafting stations? Says at the top +5 to skill

 

Tailoring level is different than skill level... hover over your tailor base skill icon. You can learn it without the recipe.

 

I would think skill and proficiency would be equal at some point. I wish they hadnt changed it. I was making them before the wipe and now beating myself to death trying to make a wolf hat. LOL. Kinda weird that i can make just about everything but a bear/wolf hat. And I am wondering if they are gonna let us make Stag hats. That would be cool too. I have a stag head in the bank...stinky yes but would make a wonderful hat
