Taming whistles and collars

I have searched high and low in the forums and such and cannot find where to get the recipe for these items. I know some of it will be hard to get...IE: silver but truly need to figure out how to make this.

 

All of those recipes seem to be up on sotawiki.net, however I'm not sure if they're correct for R32 or not.
I think i've seen the Animal Whistle (component for Taming Whistle) recipe up on the tailor vendor in Ardoris. But I haven't seen the Taming Whistle or Collar recipes yet.

 

You can 'get' the recipes by just putting the correct ingredients in the window and crafting and thus learning. There are a number of web resources that will give you the required components.

 

I have seen all three recipes for sale but sadly can't remember where

well i made the animal whistle....now just trying to get the stuff to finish it to a taming whistle. Also need to find/make the stuff for the collars as well. My thing right now is figuring out how to make the metal bindings. But i think i have it figured out. And then of course trying to get silver for silver ingots. LOL. Yeah i am not ready to do Graff Mine yet. Or at least get there. But thanks for the help

 

I also just saw these recipes in Kingsport. Morton's wife sells them (Alicia?). if I remember right.
