Title: Pelican network congestion screen does not restore mouse pointer and keyboard input doesn't work
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
Details: If you happen to be doing anything which hides the mouse pointer when the disconnect screen kicks in then the mouse pointer never comes back. It is therefore impossible to click on the OK button, hitting enter also does not activate the button, have to kill the game from a command prompt
Steps to Reproduce: Enter Soltown, hold right button in mouse look mode, wait
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.6 Fedora 23 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32100
GPU: GeForce GTX 760/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024

    Same here.

And will add another, related, issue.

Once the mouse pointer is gone, I usually try to close the client to reload and reset the mouse.

Without the mouse, I use <Alt><F4>. But then a dialog appear and should click "Yes" on it. Yet no mouse pointer to click on the button. So I have to open the task manager and kill everything.

Please add keyboard support for dialogs, (the use of <Tab> and <Enter> to select buttons) and allow it to exit if <Alt><F4> is pressed twice.

It's a bug just because it bugs the players. :)

Same as above. The Esc key is supported as a cancel (which was pressed to cancel the are you sure you want to exit after trying to kill the window), but enter, at least in the case of Pelican, needs to be a default accept. In that case, there is only one option to accept.
