Unable to Join/Invite to group ver 456

1. Title: Unable to Join/Invite to group
2. Reproduction Rate: 100%

4. Details: Unable to successfully join or create a group. Typically a box would open up asking if I would like to join when I've been invite and it doesn't appear.
5. Steps to Reproduce: When I try to invite a player I see in my chat log that I have invited the player but they are not getting the invite either. We are in the same version 456. I tried with a different guild member and we had the same issue.

Some guidmembers Gets my party invite, others don't ...

 

I can confirm that.

 

Tested with a guildmate #2 and I successfully received his invite. Still having the same issue with my other two friend though after seeing this success. I can't think what could be wrong as we have both logged in and out of the game and tried in a city and out on the overworld with the same results failing to see the group invite box.

 

I stayed logged out of the game for 10 minutes as a test. I came back in and sent the invite and it finally worked! Other guildies are getting this group bug still.

Just reproduced this bug too with 6 of us who cannot join group and we've all logged out and back in

 

same here. relog didn`t help

 

Any more information for this issue, including reproduction, would assist our investigation greatly. Is it always the same people that cannot receive invites? Does anything change? Is it between guildmembers, friends, strangers? Does it happen 100% of the time?

 

Is this issue still visible?

 

Is it possible in any of the cases reported above that the users having difficulty being invited were already in a party that partially disbanded, and it still considered them to be in a party perpetually instead of disbanding it as the single member? This would typically block any party invites from being received. An easy check would be for the user to right click on their nameplate and see if they have the option to "Leave Party" or check their social window to see if it lists them as the sole leader remaining.

Does it happen 100% of the time? we logged out and back in and changed who invited and it worked ok

Yes party had partially disbanded and was reforming
We were not in a group prior to re invites as had checked over the name bar first

 

it happened to me earlier but i had updated the latest update and the others had not. we had 2 different versions going. we could not see each other and we could not party.

 

It happened to me with a friend (non-guilded) and a guildmate. In both scenarios we were not in a partial group; we were not in a party at all.

 

If possible, the next time this occurs and one of you cannot get into a party or aren't seeing an invite, please right click your name or check social to see if you're somehow stuck in a party state that can be left.

 

While it was happening, myself and my friend were checking our social window on the party tab and there was only a pending invite on the inviter box and nothing on the invitee's box. When this happened I would cancel the the invitation and start over with the same result. I also had my friend try starting the group and we experienced the same noted above.

 

It happened between guild mates, some had different patch so it was not about that I think. Persons was not in other party's. We logged out multiple times and it didn't help. We were at multiplayer mode.

 

The issue occured in friends online mode with a friend and the invite wasn`t visible. I checked group and no one was in group.
Today it worked.
I`ll let you know if I get this error again.
