can't run game today

When i run the game i go as far as loading the screen, it always gets stuck at 63% Ardoris coordinating Data.
So I close the game rerun it, same thing, 63% blah blah blah .... gives the option to resume or retry because it says my char is still in game.... if i say resume i am stuck at ^3% for ever, if i try again, still stuck at 63% load screen .... is there a problem with the launcher/game???? today????/

 

This is a known issue, especially with Ardoris, that we are resolving this morning. May I suggest starting from World Map to see if this works for you? Additionally, a potential workaround would be to log in under Friends Only or Single-Player Online. We will fix this asap. Thank you for reporting and for your patience.

 

funny you saying that, because I just ran it again, and this time selected, world map, and I got in ... lol ty though ...
lol just realized can't log into ardoris, and that's the problem, will try what you suggested ...

 

Just not for Ardoris.

 

I do not know if it can help, I too have the same problem to log in at Ardoris and are overweight, do not know if this can affect it. I tried to enter the map and then to re-enter the city but nothing, always hangs at 63%. Thanks for the attention. Greetings

 

Well now, i ran the game in single player online, it solved the problem of ardoris, but now i keep getting the notice "Potential Problem with network connection, etc then finally I crashed due to it ... going back to MPO, since I am not going to Ardoris at this time

 

When you say crash, did the network icon actually crash you, or just disconnect you back to menu?

 

It disconnected me ....

 

so far it hasn't happened in MPO, just in SPO I am going to log in in SPO to see if it still does it ....

 

Ok it disconnects me to a screen that says "(SEEBREEZE) no internet service available etc so it still happens in SPO

 

ok resetting our router seems so far to have fixed the issues ... so far, keeping fingers cross

In ardoris and owl's head. If I go into single player mode minor lag. But when I'm in multiplayer mode the game lags then dies, my continual ping keeps hitting my work server so I know I'm connected fine but game shows the disconnect symbol in the upper right of the screen.

 

have you tried resetting your router Alex? Unplug it wait a few , then plug it back in ..... it worked for me, played last night in both SPO and MPO and no issues , that nasty disconnect symbol went bye bye will try SPO mode today as well to make sure it truly is gone ....

 

i got the same probleme yesterday, Rebooted the router and fixed it.

 

Hit this problem as well. Easy to work around but I think I made it happen by getting a tailoring table confused.

I had a big bunch of tailored items in my inventory that I mass selected and dragged onto the table. I got a warning about too many items, hit the take all items thing. A bunch of them turned red, then I was kind of stuck at the table. Since then, and I've left it overnight, I can't log in to Soltown in friends mode. Multiplayer works fine.
