Cannot Claim Pledge Rewards! Help!

    Current are founder knight tier pledger. I found that I cannot claim any pledge reward at bank. I can able to do that before release 31. Anyone can help me please????? Today Aug 9 is my turn for lot selection group 42. However I cannot get my land deed in order to claim a lot!!

    At bank to the right once open your bank slot is a tab saying claim rewards press that and your rewards should go into your bank

    Thx for the reply but i had already press the claim reward bottom but there have nothing to claim, including my land deed. Also, as i point out I can claim reward before release 31 that mean I know how to claim rewards at bank normally. I have no idea why I cant claim any pledge rewards at release 32. Is that clear?
