Village Basement addon not in inventory

    Village Basement addon not in inventory. I checked the bank box and the inventory but not there.
    Web site shows where I claimed it. Did a search of inventory and bank box which was negative as well.

    Please advise

    This has happened to me as well. Got the basement but no hatch.
    Not sure how to report this so I can get my hatch.

    I logged back in two days later and it was there! spent an hour looking so I know I did not miss it in my bank box.
