Question on homes from pledging

    I have a Founder Ancestor pledge, purchased in 2013. The FAQ says that that pledge level should get an exclusive house... but I don't see it in my account anywhere, or in the pledge description. Should I? After I choose my lot, will the house appear?

    It might be worth going to the bank and claiming rewards again, some items didn't get delivered depending on when you claimed rewards last. The house deed you should have is a "Stone Two-Story (Row House)" and would be visible in the "Housing" tab in your bank or inventory. If you don't see it there, you should send an e-mail to support@portalarium.com and they can hopefully get you sorted out.

    On the bright side, when you claim a Row House lot, you have the option of keeping the placeholder house that is currently there, so you won't be without a home while this gets sorted out... you might even prefer to keep the existing home over your backer home.
