15% bonus from telethon?

    I haven't received my bonus store credits from any purchases yesterday. Does anyone have a status on when the 15% bonus will be credited?

    Give 'em a day or two to process/recover.

    From the info page per the bonus, it says,

    [NOTE: The 15% bonus is calculated every day at 1:00 pm CDT for any purchases within the previous 24 hours and added to your Store Credit account; Store Credit cannot be applied toward the purchase of Service Vouchers or Make a Difference items]

    I don't remember getting mine from the first telethon actually, but I am sure they are busy today after yesterday.

    It takes them a couple days to recover from drinking all those shots. I just received mine today :D

    To get the 15 percent you needed to buy in store credit coins, then convert into cash to get what you want in the store. If you upgraded your pledge without buying the in store credit coins first your SOL. Is this correct?

    No, the 15% is from any new money spent it doesn't matter what you purchased.

    If you were thinking of purchasing (or upgrading) a pledge or Player Owned Town before they expire, then now’s a great time to do it!
