Stone 2-story Keep With Corner Turret can't move decorations on walls

Reproduction Rate: 100% on certain walls, 50% on others

Details: When placing decorations on walls, such as paintings or sigils you can not move them after placing them since you can't seem to select them. Also, it seems like many of the walls in the building can't have decorations placed on them at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a painting or other wall decoration on a wall.
2. Attempt to move the decoration. In most cases it will not be selectable like other decorations

User Specs:
Windows 10, Game Build 471 (R33), GTX 1080, i5 2500-k, 16gb RAM

As of today it seems like the walls on the Eastern side of the first floor don't let me move things, some of the other walls do now that didn't previously.
