Camera control

    Apologies for being out of Shroud for about a year, so this may/likely have been covered many times

    I want to be able to move the mouse without moving the camera, but cannot see how to set that up.

    In talking to the Oracle, I was unable to mouse down to click on the interactive dialog, and in general I want to move the camera with holding down one mouse key, but just move the cursor when no keys are held down

    I know I have missed something, and hope the community will take pity on me.
